A BIT ABOUT ME
My Background and Experiences
I have had over a year of Personal Training experience however, have always been involved in and around sports and fitness. My background comes from football, in which I had progressed to a high level standard before enduring a life changing injury.
Due to this past experience, I have gained a lot of knowledge about injuries and how to manage them, as well as being equip with the right techniques on training like a pro.
I specialise mainly in explosive/power, endurance, strength and conditioning, as well as fat loss, muscle gain and injury prevention and management.
Located in Farnham and surrounding areas.
