Service Description

For ages 15-17 years old. Training sessions will be conducted outdoors. Sessions will include elements of weightlifting, sprinting, anaerobic threshold (training), agility, change of direction (COD), co-ordination, reaction and much more. These sessions are designed to improve an individuals overall athletic ability. Giving them the tools to move better and faster. The block course will consist of 5 weeks of vigorous training. A testing battery upon first and last session will be completed to assess where you are currently grading on your components and at how much you have overall progressed. If your child is unable to make a specific date due to holiday or illness we will be able to accommodate and fit them into another session during that week or the previous/following.
